SNP distribution within the entire cohort of patients carrying deleterious APC variants. Overall rs1049673 and rs176667 did not reveal any association with the age of disease presentation. For rs1984112 there appeared to be some evidence that the variant SNP was associated with a slightly later age of disease presentation compared to its wildtype counterpart
